Information we collect

Provalume collects and holds only the following personal information: (1) the email address and facility name entered on the payment page when purchasing a paid placement (payment is processed by Stripe; we reference these via Stripe), (2) content submitted through the listing-content form (photos, text, contact notes), and (3) contact details submitted through the correction & removal request form. We also reference Stripe-issued identifiers (customer/subscription IDs) and billing status to manage paid listings, and retain technical logs such as IP addresses for fraud prevention. Payment processing is delegated to Stripe and card data is handled under Stripe's privacy policy.

Page-view statistics

We count page views per page in aggregate. These counts contain no personal information and are not tied to individual visitors.

Payment information

Card details for paid placements are processed on the hosted checkout pages of our payment processor (Stripe). They never pass through or reside on our servers.

How we use information

Collected information is used solely to operate the Service (publishing paid listings, responding to requests, billing, important notices) and to improve service quality. We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties (except processing delegated to Stripe).

Cookies

Cookies are used only for the listing-management page of paying facilities (up to 90 days, httponly) and for the operator admin console. Visitors receive no cookies, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Management identifiers are stored hashed server-side and deleted after expiry.

Deletion

Upon a deletion request, we delete the personal information we hold without undue delay.
