Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the paid placement subscription for business owners. Listings themselves are free.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a paid placement at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; already-billed periods are not prorated.

Billing errors

If you believe you were billed in error (double charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full. If we cannot approve your listing content, the contract is cancelled before billing starts, and any amount already billed is refunded in full.

How to request

You can cancel yourself at any time from the payment-management page linked after checkout. For refund inquiries, use the contact form. Refunds are processed by our payment processor to the original payment method.
