What is HYROX?

HYROX is an indoor fitness race that started in Germany and has spread worldwide. Every race follows the same format: you run 1 km, complete one workout station, and repeat this eight times. Because the format is identical everywhere, your finish time is comparable across every race in the world.

How to start
Training gyms in Japan fall into three groups: official HYROX Training Clubs, officially certified or affiliated gyms, and gyms that run HYROX-style classes. Among the gyms in our database that publish monthly plans, fees are mostly in the 10,000–20,000 yen range, and many offer trial sessions.
