Japan's first HYROX drew 3,820 athletes — a remarkable debut that seeded the first training gyms around Tokyo.
Osaka, early 2026
The second race (30 Jan–1 Feb 2026, Intex Osaka) nearly doubled attendance to 8,087, and Kansai's gym scene followed.
Makuhari and beyond
