Why it's fun to watch
Every athlete does the same 8 rounds of 1km run + workout, so positions change until the very end. The whole course fits in one hall, and spectators can follow nearly the entire race.

The race runs 6-9 August 2026 at Makuhari Messe. As of 24 July 2026, spectator tickets and the per-day timetable are not yet published on the official ticket page - check there for updates.
